There was nothing but smiling faces, summer heat, bikini tops and unbeatable music at Virgin Mobile presents Live At Squamish this year, making it a weekend to remember. Ecstatic from the success of this year’s festival, brand.LIVE has already started planning for next year.

Saturday brought 30-degree weather to the crowds swarming in to the grounds to watch performances the two separate stages. The festival was kicked off by The Proper Villains on the Garibaldi stage and Girl Talk wrapped up the Stawamus Stage entrancing a jammed packed audience and keeping them on their feet dancing until late into the night.

By Sunday people were aching for more music and entertainment, which is exactly what they got as another swing of fantastic bands took over the stages.

There were many great additions to the festival this year including Virgin Mobile’s lounge, Sennheiser’s Silent Disco, and the Bellmont Barber Shop. People also had a great time in the beer gardens, playing Playstation games, riding on Metro’s Slip n’ Slide, and trying to out-strong BC Dairy’s bungee activation. Sponsors of VMLAS did an incredible job engaging with the crowds and keeping them entertained all day long.

Festival-goers were left sun-kissed and smiling after a fabulous weekend of outstanding musical performances. The brand.LIVE crew is feeling bittersweet with the joys of wrapping a very successful weekend, while going through the withdrawals of the fabulous music and excitement of the festival.
